Enjoy your vacation at this beautiful RIVER SIDE retreat! Our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your family to relax, enjoy the pool, the river and many more amenities in the area! Spend your days fishing in the Rogue River just steps from your back door off of our exclusive lookout deck or visit the Shakespeare Festival held in the charming town of Ashland, just a short drive away! Explore nearby Crater Lake National Park or go wine tasting on one of the many local tours. After long, adventure-filled days return to your home-away-for-home to unwind in the jacuzzi with the most beautiful river view you could ask for.
THE PROPERTY
IMPORTANT: The home has 5 bedrooms POSSIBLE. PRICE & ROOM ACCESS VARY BASED ON GUEST COUNT. The system will adjust automatically when you enter your guest count! The 5th "BONUS ROOM" is not available with a booking of 6 or less.
There are 3 queen beds, 1 king in the home. The "Bonus Room" has 3 twins and a full bed totaling 5 extra people to sleep in bonus room.
There are two dining tables inside and one outside which provides plenty of seating for families. We also have kept kids in mind with kids dishes and some toys for them. High chairs and pack n plays are available upon request as well. Board games, a jacuzzi and some outdoor space provide endless entertainment for kids and adults alike. Large 60” tv upstairs and downstairs for movie watching as well. All the rooms are equipped with basic amenities. The kitchen is stocked woth pots and pans and dishes. Some Spices and basic pantry items are provided as well.
The Home sits right on the rogue river with a coveted boat dock as well with direct river access. There is a lookout deck right over the river with a fire pit for late night family time and s’mores. Put your canoe's in or floating rafts and float down the river right from the back yard.
There is a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay as well. If you want detailed info, I can send you the house manual with a breakdown for each room!
Important Rules:
-If friends come over and bring pets inside our home you will be charged a fee if $200. We do not allow pets inside our home. No exceptions.
-If you paid for 6 guests that is all that is allowed. GUEST COUNT IS STRICTLY ADHERED TO. Local friends are allowed to visit but must not sleep over.
-This is a NON SMOKING home. Please do not book if you are not willing to smoke far away from the deck and home. (the lookout area is perfect for smoking down by the river and there is a chair too!)
Please know if rules are taken advantage of, there will be charges associated. We have worked VERY hard to provide a beautiful vacation home and we want it to stay nice for all visitors. Please help us with this!
