Enjoy the view and peace and quiet of the nation's smallest capitol. Come and vacation at our home in Montpelier! Our Studio apartment is cool in the summer, and cozy and warm in winter. We are 7 buildings away from VCFA and a ten minute walk from downtown. There are wonderful restaurants, book stores, and shops to enjoy. Get a tour of the capitol building, hike in Hubbard Park, or enjoy live music in town. We are close to the College green - a fun place to throw a frisbee, and Morse Farm is right in town for nordic skiing, maple creemies, or mountain biking. Many area attractions and activities are a quick drive from here...hike mountains, fish in lakes and streams, kayak and swim in reservoirs, visit Stowe, Warren/Waitsfield and Sugarbush resort, Bolton Valley and Trapp Family Lodge, Burlington and Lake Champlain ... all are just 15-35 miles away!
