This lovely Sea Ranch home is named after the small town of Ascona in southern Switzerland. During your stay, you'll enjoy the ocean views from every room.
It's only a three-minute walk to the Bluff Trail and Pebble Beach from this well-appointed and very comfortable home for six. Gualala is less than eight miles away and Stengel Beach is about two miles from your door.
Downstairs, you'll find two separate bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Each has a window seat and a California king beds with a pillow-top mattress. Upstairs on the main level, there is a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a gas stove, and plenty of large windows to enjoy the view. There's even a cozy alcove with a twin-size bed and trundle by the window, separated by curtains for a little privacy.
The flatscreen TV provides digital entertainment with YouTube TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, extensive movie collection, and a streaming device to play Netflix and Amazon, and the surround sound stereo will immerse you completely.
In addition to the comfortable interior, you can take in the ocean view from the hot tub on the downstairs deck. From the upstairs deck, use the gas BBQ for an afternoon cookout.
Whether you're cuddling in front of the fire or watching the waves from the large windows, this ocean retreat is a wonderful Sea Ranch experience!
