Located on a peaceful court in North Mission Beach, walking distance to the ocean, Catamaran Resort and grocery store. Also located nearby is Pacific Beach with many shops and restaurants to explore. This newly remodeled two bed, one loft and one and a half bath is perfect for a family vacation with bright sunlit rooms, pleasant beach decor and accommodating floor plan.
Entering this property from the court you will find a spacious patio, two tables with seats for eight and a propane BBQ grill. From the patio you're just four homes from the boardwalk. Here you can prepare the family meal and enjoy your summertime beverage while your guests come and go from the beach. Inside (on the ground floor) is the kitchen and dining area with seats for six. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses and utensils.
The second floor has a bright and open living room with a leather sleeper sofa and two chairs. Enjoy your favorite family shows and movies on the flat screen smart TV (cable and Wifi included). There is a fantastic ocean view from the large picture window and a table in the nook that is perfect for family game or craft night. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a combination tub/shower and two bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and another with a Twin day bed and pull out Twin trundle.
On the third floor you will find a private room with a Queen bed. This unique loft has high ceilings with many windows and skylights. Also on this floor is a sink/vanity and access to the roof top deck.
The roof top deck is a lovely private outdoor area for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful San Diego sun. The owner made sure to outfit this space with quality outdoor furniture that can comfortably seat ten. This is a perfect area to gather in the evening where you can watch the sunset and plan the next day's adventure.
PARKING can be difficult in Mission Beach. The garage can accommodate one vehicle, the dimensions are 6'4"Hx14'Wx17'D. Please make sure your vehicle will fit within this space. If your vehicle cannot fit you will be responsible for finding public parking. The washer/dryer and a half bath are located inside the garage.
The Mission Beach area is a perfect home base for all of your San Diego Adventures.
