This custom, 1810 square foot, two story home located just a few houses away from downtown Trinidad has great ocean views and coastal access trails (Trail located directly in front of home leads to Trinidad Head & Beach). Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart T.V. Log on to Netflix and have fun watching your favorite shows and movies.
The three bedrooms plus two marble full bathrooms are located downstairs. Sleep to the sounds of the sea in the Master bedroom complete with slider to step out and enjoy the bay views, covered patio and hot tub. You can also enjoy the upstairs expansive deck and grill on the propane barbecue while taking in the panoramic view of Trinidad Harbor.
