Casa Dashley is unlike any other home in the surrounding area. This 2800sf 5 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps 10, although it has beds for up to 12. It was originally bought and personally remodeled by us, Danny and Ashley, as our primary residence. An incredible amount of detail and care has been put into every facet of the home, from the design of the finishings, to the artwork commissioned specifically for the space, to all the custom details and flourishes throughout, everything about Casa Dashley has been meticulously selected to provide the feeling of perfect cohesive warmth and give a sense of relaxation that you'll feel from the moment you walk in. This is truly a special home and not your typical vacation rental. It has been given the utmost attention and care into making it the best it can possibly be, with no expense spared.
The property consists of a 4 bedroom/3 bath main house, plus a detached 1 bedroom/1 bath casita, with all bedrooms and bathrooms spaced apart providing excellent separation and privacy. It is perfect for large groups or couples (there is only one bedroom that shares a wall with any other bedroom).
The secure and dog-friendly rear yard is your own private spa-like resort with a lagoon-like salt water pebbletech pool & spa, custom-designed firepit and seating area, hand-woven hammock, lush tropical landscaping, outdoor ping pong table, and high-end BBQ. This is your retreat to relax, sit back, and completely unwind. At night, you can gather around the firepit, cook s'mores, fire up the BBQ, take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy an adult beverage, or just sit back, relax and take in the serenity of the space.
The interior of the home is geared for both relaxing & entertaining guests and is centered by a great room & fireplace, with seating for 12. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights throughout give an open, airy feeling to the space, and there is a pool table area adjacent to the fully stocked cook's kitchen. The kitchen has been set up to cater to the most demanding chef, complete with high-end Viking/Bosch stainless steel appliances, J.R. Henckels cutlery, cutting board island, extensive countertop spaces, and almost every cooking gadget/utensil available, plus a custom-designed liquor bar cabinet with color-changing LED lighting to set the mood. At night, various art niches and custom lighting throughout the home make it transform into an entertainer's paradise. Each bedroom has its own large flat-screen, iHome dock, and USB outlets. There is a Sonos stereo system throughout the home, 2 high speed wifi networks for all your devices, access to a house iPad, ability to stream movies with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, & Roku, and a land-line with free long-distance to the US & Canada. All mattresses are of the highest quality and bedding if of the highest thread-count.
