The best feature is the price. You will pay about 1/2 the rent with all the amenities, including ocean views, sounds of the waves breaking and the ocean breeze, compared to being across the street. This luxurious 3000 square foot beach home is larger than most beachfront property. This house boasts four large bedrooms, featuring two master bedroom suites with king beds, private bathrooms and beautiful ocean views. The main master suite has a separate large tub for relaxing after a hard day at play! It also has a large separate shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a set of bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has two twins that can be converted into a king to suit your needs. There is also a full bathroom between bedrooms three and four and a bathroom downstairs in the foyer. (Please see VIDEO). If needed, we also provide a quality queen air mattress and a Greco Pack n Play.
Other amenities include: a huge flat screen TV with Google Chrome hook up in the living room with Smart TV's in all bedrooms, DVDs, library, high speed WiFi, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all you need to enjoy your stay. There is a BBQ on the patio off the kitchen/family room. There is a 2 car garage where you will find beach equipment, including: surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, lots of beach toys and wet suits. There is a great tandem bicycle for your enjoyment! Along with 3 other bicycles. All linens are provided. In the laundry room you will find a large washer and dryer for your convenience (Please see VIDEO)
Please enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, BBQ, or a book on the spacious roof top deck overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The sunsets are amazing!! You may do the same from the balcony off the master bedroom with a great view of the famous Oceanside Pier to the north, or straight out to the blue ocean. You can just relax, enjoy a swim or take a stroll on the beach to the Strand in Oceanside. (Please see VIDEO)
This home is perfect for family beach vacations or reunions, a group golf trip, a couples getaway or a visit to enjoy the close attractions and parks. Some nearby golf courses include: Encinitas Ranch, LaCosta Resort and Spa Golf course and the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course! Only 10 minutes to LegoLand and approximately 30 minutes to Wild Animal Park. It is about 45 minutes to Downtown San Diego, where you can see the Padres at Petco Park or visit the historic gas lamp district, 45 minutes to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo, and 1 hour to Disneyland. If you enjoy wine, Temecula Southern California Wine Country is approximately 35 minutes away. Temecula Old Town has quaint restaurants and shops. If you feel lucky take a chance at Pechanga Casino is in Temecula as well. We are centrally located between downtown San Diego and the Los Angeles\Hollywood Area.
