It has designer furnishings, a wraparound porch with comfortable furniture overlooking the private rose garden and fountain where you can watch the birds while you enjoy your morning coffee/tea or evening glass of wine. This home offers a true indoor/outdoor experience and also has a gas-burning fireplace to warm the home on cooler nights.
The master bedroom and bath is large and includes 2 closets, a safe and is on the second floor so two couples or families with children can have privacy. The home also has 2 separate air conditioning/heating systems to allow you to cool or heat the floors separately. There are comfortable beds and high quality linens with TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.
The style of the home is a creative blend of contemporary and antique furnishings. Unique decorative items are designed by local artists, including sandblasted grapevine sculptures and the vintage train luggage cart made into a coffee table. You can drive to nearby wineries, like Hamel, Sojourn, Scribe go to Train Town for the kids, or Jack London State Park to hear music under the stars in the summer. There’s a movie theater at the square and live music at The Speakeasy.
