Walk out onto the deck facing the ocean and enjoy a glass of wine with friends or a soak in the hot tub. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the deck and spa. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has twin beds. The front door and landscaped entryway area near the detached garage is protected by a covered breezeway.
NOTE: The garage has room for one guest car. The entry area is enclosed by a fence and can be used for an additional seating area and a place to BBQ as well as a safe play area for kids and pets. The Bluff Trail is only a short walk from the front door and to the west (behind the garage). The Olson Ranch Recreation Center is within walking distance and offers a swimming pool, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts as well as beach access
