The apartment duplex 36 Terrace is located on the first floor of the residence of La Terrasse, the hamlet of Planchamp in the heart of the ski resort of Valmorel.
PARKING OF VEHICLES

The apartment of 36 Terrace residence is located on the first floor of the building. You enter the apartment by an outdoor walkway that overlooks a commander lock access to 36 and 37. Promiscuity is therefore very limited and quiet apartment duplex being under roof.
You enter the apartment through a corridor leading to the left a room overlooking the corridor with double bed and desk. This room has a private shower. In front of the room there is a large closet for clothes and ski boots, and another closet or are a washing machine and a dryer. Then there are toilets for the lower level and opposite is the staircase leading to the upper level.
Down the hall is the main room, consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a large sofa with two chairs and ottoman. On the right of the living room there is a flat-screen TV and a stereo mini arranged on a small wooden furniture chain. The living room provides access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the slopes of Planchamp the bour-morel and valley, mountain Creve Gollet head and the neck.
The kitchen includes fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and substantial storage to find all the necessary utensils dolce gusto coffee machine, necessary for fondue and raclette. The kitchen communicates directly to the dining area with a cabinet opening from both sides.
Upstairs, the wooden staircase leads to a small hall distributing, three bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed. All of the apartment, which was totally refurbished in late 2012, is trimmed in wood and gives a nice impression of mountain chalet.
