The duplex PENTHOUSE SEASIDE BE 1 is built on two levels with spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) with stunning sea & mountain views in the community 'Terrazas de la Bahia' near Estepona. The entire property has been furnished with a personal taste and to a high standard with a lot of unique accessories, pictures and some antique furniture.
The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total, 2 with offering fantastic seaviews; the third terrace is on the garden side. There is air conditioning throughout for heating/cooling. Tastefully and to a high standard furnished with ASTRA-SAT-TV, DVD, music/CD-radio.
On the entrance level you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the third bedroom with own bathroom and the spacious and bright living room. Here you will find comfotable lounge and separate dining place to seat up to 6 people, when you seat on the dining table you can look at the sun, lighting on the open Mediterranean Sea! Both lounge and dining area have direct access to the main large terrace with free overviews to the sea and the surrounding landscape. Here you will find garden table with 6 chairs and extendable blind.
Steps are leading on to the second floor where you will find the master and thrid bedroom. Each one of this bedrooms has built-in wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. The master bedroom offers frontal seaviews and a big bathroom with double sink, wc, bidet and a bath.
The second beachside terrace infront of the master suite offers a second garden table for 6 pax and 2 private sunloungers to relax in the sun. The Penthouse has 2 separate air conditioning systems (for each level one) throughout hot and cold!
The complex of "Terrazas de la Bahia" has been built like to a small andalucian village style with colourfull townhouses around lush tropical gardens with 2 large communal pool areas; each pool area offers adults and childrens pool, showers, sunloungers and even a toilet.
The next sandy beach is only 10 minutes stroll away downhills. At the bottom of our hill/ private road you will find a gasoline station with large shop and bistro/ cafe, taxi stand, and on the beachside there are 2 beachrestaurants and a beachclub of the 5-star-hotel Finca Cortesin, so no need to use a car to have a great meal on the beach!

You can have nice walks along the near beaches, along the beachpromenade you can reach the village next door San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva with numerious shops, restaurants, bakery shops, ATM mashines, bank offices, beachpromenade with childrens playgrounds, pharmacy and much more. In 2 km. distance nice marina port of Puerto de la Duquesa with a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars and much more…
