On the first floor are three bedrooms (two are 160, one bed 140), one with bathroom, and a smaller bathroom, both with toilet and shower.
The chic shopping center Polygone Rivièra at 2 km, a large center Leclerq within walking distance. (power supply, gas station). The house is an ideal base for trips to the coastal cities, the beautiful medieval towns of the Alpes Maritimes, beautiful countryside in the hinterland ...
