It is located in the Borgo, on the small square in front of the Church. At the ground floor Kitchen with fireplace and dining living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed . From the ground floor exupit to a small terrace with beautiful view. At the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double room) with two bathrooms. From a nice terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of mountains and wood. The garden and swimming pool are very close.
It is the ideal house for 4-5 people.
The Borgo was built around the year 1000 along the Flaminia route, which departs from Rome towards the North of Italy. It was populated by countrymen and the site was a refreshment place for the troops and the messengers of the Pope along the route towards the North of Italy and Rome. The Borgo includes few houses and a church built in honour of San Michele Arcangelo about the year 1500.
A panoramic pool is located in the center of the Borgo and it offers wonderful views of the surrounding valley.
It is equipped with all comforts (shower, sun beds, umbrellas).
The best time to enjoy the pool and the sun is from May to September.
The houses are surrounded by 10.000 sqm of garden which is always green and flowers from May to September. Guests can enjoy common areas to relax and walk around the borgo.
There is also a playground area located in the center of the garden and is equipped with ping pong, table football and basketball hoop.
In the immediate vicinity to the Borgo, our guests can spend their days partecipating to some artistic and cultural events such as Spoleto Festival and Umbria Jazz in July, or visiting the beautiful sites of the Umbria region such us Todi, Assisi, Fonti del Clitunno, Marmore falls, Casteluccio with a regional Tourist Guide on demand, or rafting in the
Marmore Falls, horse riding, Golf, and olive oil or Montefalco wine tasting.
As well as this, Borgo offers the use of barbecues, ping pong tables and basketball hoops for some outdoor activities.
