Superb villa located in Urbanization Dona Pilar amidst the famous white town of Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola. Fuengirola can offer everything from shopping to various rides such as the local zoo Bioparc or Aqualand s about is a water park offering everything to the lovers of water. Fuengirola also has the longest beach promenade in Spain for a total of 7 kilometers where there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and of course the beach with the possibility of renting sun loungers and parasols.
The villa consists of a large living room with TV. Dining room in direct connection with the kitchen. Large Master bedroom with private bathroom and exit to the pool area. 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 more complete bathrooms. There is air conditioning throughout the house, wifi and Scandinavian TV package. Cozy private pool area with children's pool (there is possibility for heating of the pool at extra charge) Good terraces with dining area and lounge area and sunbeds.
