Villa Carezza di Mare has a unique location: directly by the sea and in front of Isola di Spargi and is a part of the National Park of La Maddalena Archipelag.
Moreover all the location was a granite mine in the past and you can still see enormous pieces of granite left and different mining equipment. It is a kind of open air museum just by the sea. There is also a real museum which can be open on request with a local guide. The atmosphere of this place is unique and it is a natural paradise.
The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a breathtaking seaview, a private swimming pool. The next sandy beach is reachable in 5-10 minutes on foot.
In front of the villa there is a possibility of swimming and snorkeling. You can also rent a boat nearby and leave it just in front of the villa so that every morning you can jump inside and start the exploring of this wonderful coast and all the islands which otherwise are not reachable:)
La Maddalena Island offers many restaurants with excellent fish specialties, some of them directly on the sea. It is a must to visit La Caprera which is few car minutes from the villa.

- wifi on request: 7 euros a day
- The linen is on request (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person (to be booked in advanced)
