Villa Camelie is located in the exclusive residential area of Capo Coda Cavallo, a small piece of land where there are the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala suaraccia, Salinedda, Salina Bamba and others. The Next town with many restaurants and evening events is San Teodoro with its sandy beach of "La Cinta"
The villa rental is located 150 far from the first sandy beach with crystal clear water and it is not so crowded as other beaches of the area as it has no parking for external visitors, so only the residents of nearby villas go to it.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms
and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people with the possibility of 2 supplementary beds in the 5th bedroom on the ground floor and up to 13 people.
On the main floor there is a beautiful pool, the garden with fruit trees, master bedroom (double bed), bathroom, kitchen with access to the patio with a big table, terrace, living area.
On the ground floor there is the garden, double bedroom, twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed
and another sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette.
The 2 floors are accessible via external stairs which goes from the terrace of the main floor downstairs; both have an independent entrance.
There is air condition, dish-washer, TV, washing machine, oven, extremely manicured garden and private pool.
Extra services on request:
- portable wifi-router on request: 7 euros per day.
- The linen is on request (sheets and towels): 15 euros per person (to be booked in advanced)
Electricity and water should be paid separately and are not included in the rent.
