A large vacation home in Marina di Cardedu. The house is located in the unspoiled nature known as the Marina di Cardedu in Ogliastra: inside the house we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with direct access to the master bedroom. In the little finger there are two beds which can be used as single or coupled each other.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, crockery, pots and containers of each type with relative kitchen linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities: towels, hair dryer, washing machine; Furthermore you will find bed linen for all rooms, TV in living room and in the master bedroom, wii-fi, ironing board and iron. The living room turns to a livable veranda, the windows are all equipped with mosquito nets. The house is surrounded by greenery, very airy.

On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner, by handling of the keys. Cancellation 9 months to two weeks time before arriving 50% of the total rent payable. Regarding a withdrawal of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that only 25% of the total amount will be paid from your side.
