The Villa is composed of a beautiful large living room with air conditioning, FO, TV via satellite (TNT) and Spanish, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave oven multi functions , gas hobs, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes for more than 7 people, 3 Bedrooms, a very large, (15 sqm) with a double bed of 160, an average (12 m²) with a double bed of 150, and a smaller one (9 m²) with 2 bunk beds, a large bathroom (bath, double sink, cupboards, bidet and WC) and 1 SDD (washbasin, shower and toilet ), a board and an iron and the necessary for the maintenance.
For your comfort, the charges are included in the summer period, from May to September: namely, the normal cleaning of exit, the linen, and a water and electricity package. (Water: 10 m³ + electricity 100 Kw per week of 25 days + 75 night) During the other months, electricity and water are billed according to meter reading
The interior of the villa is non smoking, however you can smoke on the terraces
At the pool level, two outdoor showers, one with hot water, well sheltered offers the pleasure of taking a shower in the sun. :)
A closed garage is in the property, as well as possibility to park two additional cars.
