A luxury villa located in the Reserva De Los Monteros at 4 klms of Marbella village. This exclusive urbanization has access to golf, tennis, hotel and 100m walk to the beach.
Los Monteros is a luxury urbanization located a short drive to Marbella and the international yacht harbor Puerto Banus, a local destination with world class boutiques, restaurants and nightlife. San Nicolas Villa provides privacy, beach with typical chiringuito restaurant and sunbathing, shared pool and private enclosed garden away from the hustle and bustle. The villa is spread out on two levels, garden and first floor. The garden level has two double bedrooms, one with bathroom ensuite and the other shared with a single bedroom next door. Both double bedrooms have an entrance to the covered porch and garden. The second floor can be accessed by interior stairs and an outside ramp (ideal for a person using a wheelchair or child's stroller, or someone with any type of mobility difficulties). A large half wrap around terrace with sunbathing beds, barbeque area, and breakfast nook with umbrella.
The kitchen is on this first floor level, with views onto the tropical rock garden and entrance from the breakfast nook. It has a small table for 4, stainless steel fridge,dishwasher, All Clad pots and pans, coffee machine, juice squeezer,and is fully equiped with utensils and dishes. The master bedroom, with bathroom ensuite is entered from the upstairs hallway or directly from the terrace. The formal dining room seating 6-8, and living room are also on this level. There is a tv, radio, dvd player in the living room.
The garden has several areas for relaxing or entertaining, including a dining area for 8-10, a porch corner for reading, drinks or afternoon tea.
The beach is a short walk on the urbanization road, palm tree lined, with a typical chiringuito restaurant and sunbathing. Other local beach restaurants are a short walk along the beach in either direction.
In the back of the interior garden, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer, sink, folding area and enclosed patio for hanging laundry to air dry without being visible to the rest of the garden.
Los Monteros has a variety of offerings including a beach club, Incosol hotel and spa, golf club, tennis, and fine dining at the Hotel Los Monteros. You can walk along the beach to access Los Monteros Beach Club. Fees and booking at the hotel are necessary for use of the above amenities.
Day trips can be planned either alone or through Los Monteros Hotel to Granada, Sevilla, Gibraltar, Tangier (north Africa)Ronda, and Cordoba. Each of these locations are more or less a 2 hour drive from the house.
