La Chazonnette is a charming little independent stone house located on our
5000 m2 plot , from where we can see the Annonay valley and, on a clear day, Mont Blanc. Its private garden space has on one side: a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue; on the other, you can have the view of the garden and the garden of flowers, lawn and fruit trees (cherry, quince, plum trees ...).
At the end of the garden, a badminton court and a compost!
The surface of the Chazonnette is 70 m2 on the ground on two levels.
It includes two rooms of 35 square meters:
- one on the ground floor with kitchen open to a dining room,
- Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a single sofa, a seating area with armchairs, coffee table, TV, with several small windows and a large semicircular window overlooking the valley. Also, there are two doors, one for access to the upper part of the garden, the other which gives access to a bathroom (renovated in 2012) with toilet, sink, vanity unit, mirrors and shower. Ideally, the total capacity is for a couple and a child, but it can accommodate up to 4 people!
