You will enjoy your stay in a three bedroom property with a spacious terrace situated just at 300 meters from the Monteros beach. You will have access to two shared pools with sunbeds and life-guard as well our private restaurant during the summer season. On top, if you are traveling with kids they can enjoy a safe playground inside the complex, and for the older there are two paddle courts without stepping out of the compound.
The property:
The living room is spacious and spit in two areas. It features and elegant minimalist design with marble floors, light colours and bright light. It includes a six seater dining area, with TV, wifi and sound station for mobiles.
The master bedroom has a double bed with direct access to the terrace, equipped with nightstands, wardrobes and wooden furniture. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with bathtub with shower, double sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer, and also enjoys natural light.
The guest bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed and the option of a spare single bed. They are equipped with a ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes. You can also work at a wooden desk in one of the bedrooms while you enjoy the gardens view and Marbella on the distance. The guest bathroom is completely equipped with bathtub with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary for a comfortable stay: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, vitro ceramic, extractor, microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, toaster, squeezer, mixer, iron, water kettle.
From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the gardens and swimming pool view as well as enjoy a nice breakfast watching the sea or you a relaxing afternoon meeting on the comfortable sofas.
In the store room of the terrace you will enjoy a spare fridge to keep your drinks cold as well as a useful tumble dryer and small printer for emergencies. The property also includes a Hot/Cold Air-conditioning system.

The property is located in Las Brisas. A secured urbanization, in the secured Bahia de Marbella area, filled with lush vegetation, palm trees, colourful flowers, two shared pools, 2 paddle-tennis courts and playground. During the summer months, you can also enjoy our private restaurant located in the social club where you can enjoy good Andalusian cuisine as well as fresh drinks or coctels at night. The named “small” swimming pool offers water treated with salt for the ones who suffer from chlorine allergies. The community enjoys a 24 h security and surveillance services all the year around. During the day and among our employees you will acknowledge the presence of our helpful concierge-maintenance men. Do not get surprised if during the summer you have kids going around, as this is mostly a family oriented community.

The Monteros beach is situated at just 250 m from the property. The beach is covered in fine golden sand and a smooth entrance in the sea. Monteros beach has various restaurants and chiringuitos at walking distance. Among Monteros beach services we observe the presence of lifeguards during the summer, as well as an area where you can join kite-surfing lessons.
Right on the beach you will find “El Mangaleta” restaurant with their Andalusian cuisine which includes fish and paella. At just 20 minutes walk on the beach to the left you can also enjoy “Los Sardinales” restaurant and on the other side at a similar distance the nightlife restaurant “Trocadero”. Nearby at just 15 min walk you can enjoy the chill out area “La Cabane” by the sea, inside the 5-star Monteros Spa & Golf Resort.
Shopping:
At just 5 min. drive you will find “Supersol”, a supermarket where you can buy almost everything from fresh fish to beaked bread. Not far from there you will also enjoy a food shopping at Opencor, which opens 24 hours, and Lidl and Mercadona.
The biggest mall on Marbella is just situated at 10 min drive. In “La Cañada” or by bus on the route to Marbella’s main bus station where you can enjoy all the shopping you can endure as well as supermarket, cinemas, arcade and hairdressers.
Activities:
Bahia de Marbella is located at the meeting point of three golf courses “Santa Clara Golf”, “Marbella Golf and Country Club” and “Rio Real Golf”. All of them at about 5 min. drive from the complex.
If the paddle tennis courts inside the complex are not enough, you can also enjoy at 2km “The Royal Tennis Club” with its tennis clay courts, paddle tennis courts, gym, swimming pool and restaurant. Also in the same area you can enjoy private or in groups specialized pilates sessions at “Pilates El Rosario”.
In Marbella, you can enjoy walks in the all town while shopping or dinning as well as visit some of our museums or attend our theatre.
If you have a free day, you can enjoy not far from Marbella at a range of a maximum of two hours and a half drive the magnificent cities of Cordoba with its famous mosque and Sevilla, Granada with “La Alhambra”, is just at one hour drive. Ronda, the fascinating town built on a cliff far from the sea is just at one and half hour drive. And if you are brave enough you can drive to Tarifa in one hour and a half and enjoy the colourful view of hundreds of kite- and windsurfers while climbing the dunes or get a ferry to Tanger (Morocco) in just one hour from there.
