This stunning villa is located on the east coast of Attica, in a 5000s. m. of a unique property, touching the seafront, seeing the Aegean Sea, straight into the Cycladic archipelago. The villa was completed in the summer of 2004. The main gate is on a private road. The total covered area is 350sm composed of 5 bedrooms (1 on the upper floor, 4 on the ground level). Four of the five bedrooms are looking to the East and to the Aegean Sea and all residents have their privacy, separate entrances and bathroom / shower rooms. The huge living room with handmade fireplace and a stunning view of the sea gives the fascinating feeling of cruise on a ship! An incredibly designed elliptical shaped pool exploring the waterfall effect with jet and size of 12m in length and 9m in width, ready to give you unforgettable fun and / or relaxing moments of water. There is always instant access to two different spots on the sea side for those who prefer sea water.
ARRIVAL AT VILLA SCORPIO: Upon your arrival, there will be one of us to welcome and assist you at the airport and guide you to Villa Scorpio. A traditional welcome snack will be served to you and a short walk from the house and your equipment as well as printed useful information such as emergency phone numbers, road maps etc will be given to you. Please feel free to call us preferably by email any additional information / pictures you may need.
