The elegant villa is built on three levels and can accommodate 6-8 people. On the upper level there are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. At the top of the stairs there is an open space with office facilities and a sitting area. All rooms have an incredible panoramic view of the area due to the large windows. On the ground floor there is a living area with a stove, a dining area for 8 people, an open kitchen equipped with necessary appliances, the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All areas have direct access to the large shaded balcony with splendid sea views where up to 6 people can dine. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate and relaxing dining area. At the lower level there is a separate studio used as a storage location. In front of them, a spacious terrace with a green garden and trees along the entire front side. All areas inside have air conditioning.
The outdoor location offers a private pool, a large sheltered place of pergola with outdoor furniture, where you can relax, enjoy your meals and contemplate the ocean. At the back of the house there is a small backyard with trees and a barbecue. Secure parking is located in front of the house under the shade of locally grown trees. Bath towels and bath linen change twice a week. The house offers all the amenities and equipment needed to enjoy your vacation with luxury and ease.
