Les Caillols is a comfortable cottage with a large secluded, private pool. This cottage is in a quiet, peaceful, rural setting and sits on 2.5 acres of land. It has a lovely garden (used by guests for playing cricket, badminton or to enjoy a quiet sit) which overlooks picturesque views across the valley. The area is well known for its wine and there are numerous vineyards in the area that welcome guests.
The accommodation is all located on the ground floor and the property is fully insulated and double glazed. This enables a welcome cool retreat in the height of summer and warmth in the winter.
The cottage sleeps 9 and there is also a baby’s travel cot provided (+ highchair) if required. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms. In addition, there is a family bathroom and a further wc/shower room in the main house. The kitchen that overlooks the garden is well equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and grinder.
The lounge has patio doors that open up onto the front of the gated property.
In addition, in the fenced, very private pool area, there is a well-equipped pool house. This has its own changing area which includes, a toilet and shower room with washing machine and washing facilities. It also has its own kitchen area with hob, fridge with small freezer and Tassimo drinks machine which allows outside living in the summer Outside the pool house there is a large dining table that seats 10, this being undercover, so that it is shaded from the sun. There is also a gas BBQ. The pool itself is 12m by 6m with 2 alarms fitted and its own lights for night time swims. There are also plenty of sunbeds provided.
