Casa Colleen is a beautiful three-bedroom villa, with heated pool, garden and BBQ. Situated in Old Town area of Risco Prieto. This is a very quiet residential area close to supermarket, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Idyllic sunbathing area on the roof with magnificent sea views. The pool is heated all the year around. There is shaded terrace area next to the pool with sun loungers for relaxing and of course dining al-fresco. The pool has Roman Steps into it and maximum depth is 1.6m reducing to 1m at the shallow end.
If you like walking there are now lovely walks all the way to Puerto Calero in one direction approx 45min. with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants and it’s also possible to walk all the way to Arrecife in the other direction. The local council did a lovely job with the Zig Zag steps leading down to the Old Harbour and lots of lovely sea foods restaurants there. And from the Harbour area to Biosfera shopping centre is only another 10 minutes, with lots of upmarket shops, like Zara, Bershka and Oyosho to name but a few. For those with a Black Belt in shopping, It's only a few minute's walk from there to the main strip which has all the main shops and restaurants, you won’t be disappointed.
The villa has Air-con, which can in winter be used to heat the bedrooms, WiFi, printer, TV with 30+ English and Irish channels, DVD and safe. The lounge and dining area are open plan from the hallway with the bedrooms and kitchen all off the hallway. The kitchen has all mod-cons, including induction hob, oven, microwave, it has everything you need. There is also a washing machine and ironing board. The master bedroom has a four poster orthopaedic bed and en suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with double bed and third bedroom has two single beds, if necessary these can be pushed together to make double bed.
A well-maintained garden surrounds the villa, there is also a BBQ at front of villa next to the terrace area. The villa has a high wall around it for security and is not overlooked. A car is not required as everything is within walking distance. Should you hire a car to see other sites around the island there is plenty of street parking in front of the villa as this is a residential area.

House Rules
These are our normal prices based on 4 people staying. Extra guests are £105 / week per person, but please check as this may vary. There is now an additional charge of £22 per booking to register all bookings with Guardia Civil Last minute offers and special offers are available from time to time, so please check with us. We always give returning guests a special deal. Air-con is now installed in the villa, which is needed in the hot summer weather and can also be used to heat in the cooler winters, but there are really no winters, so this is not usually a problem. Cot's and high chairs, bunks etc can be provided if required at around £15/ stay, but this can always be discussed. Longer stays considered (1 - 6 months)
