A beautiful, and tastefully furnished property, with private pool and landscaped garden. It is located in the quiet residential area, of La Goleta in Playa Blanca. Faro Park is on the western side of Playa Blanca, but situation within easy access to the sea front promenade, which runs all the way from the lighthouse, into the centre of Playa Blanca itself.
You will find a selection of local bars/cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous superb restaurants around a 5 to 10 minute walk away, which makes this property position in an area that is very self sufficient.
INTERIOR
Living Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and open plan living room and kitchen area.
The lounge has been tastefully decorated and is furnished with 2 x two-seater comfortable sofas, an armchair, SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more) and coffee table.
There are French doors that lead to an outdoor, informal dining/seating area and pool terrace.
Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, and toaster. It has an archway and breakfast bar, giving a view into the living room. A door leads outside to the covered formal dining area, with a marble table and ample seating.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
King size bedroom with wall mounted lighting, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace. En-suite with WC, bath with shower over, hand basin and vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2
Twin bedroom with wall mounted lighting, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dresser and bedside table with reading lamp.
Family Bathroom
Separate bathroom with WC, large, step in shower and a single hand wash basin unit with vanity mirror.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room doors lead out to the shaded informal dining/seating area, with a round rattan table and rattan seating for 4. The sun terrace provides 4 sun beds and a 7.5m x 3.5m, electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool, with stepped entry and handrail. A charcoal BBQ is provided for outside cooking. A lovely landscaped garden finishes off this outside area which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Lanzarote sun!

Location:
It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. The villa is all on one floor.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged at 98€ per person, per week, First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 300€ is payable if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
