The house is located in Torreta Florida, a very good villa área close to town. There are only villas in high price ranges here, and it is extremely quiet with great views over the salt lake. Bathing in the salt lake and floating on the mineral water is very excellent for your skin.
There is a private pool and an outdoor shower in the garden, as well as a toilet with a washing machine. This eliminates the need to bring sandy towels into the house before washing. There is also WiFi and a television with Spanish, Norwegian, and English channels. In addition, there is a dishwasher, an osmosis water filter system, a refrigerator with two gas hobs and two electric hobs, and a freezer in the kitchen. In the bathroom near the patio, there are two washing machines.
There are five bedrooms, three with double beds, one with a triple bunch bed, and one with a bunch bed with one sleep above and one downstairs. Outside, there are two dining tables that may be combined, seating a total of 16 people. Inside, there is a dining table for 11 people. There are also two other beds in the house. 13 people can sleep there with extra beds (including 2 cribs). The cot is free of charge, however each extra bed costs 10 euros per night. The weekly rent includes 11 standard fixed beds and 2 cribs. There are also linnen and Downeys/duvets in the winter, as well as two large towls per sleep. There are also little hand towels in the restrooms.
Terra Mytica is an hour's journey from Torrevieja to Benidorm, and a park with water slides is only a 10-minute drive away. Shopping centers are nearby, with all of the best Spanish and international brands. A zoo is only a 25-minute drive from Torrevieja, and there are numerous beaches in and around the city. Beaches line the entire coast, one after the other. It may be advantageous to rent a car in order to visit various beaches. The Neufragos Beach, which is near to the house, has wather slides and trampolines. It costs about 6 euros to use all of the Neufragos' water slides and trampolines. La Mata, shown in the photo, is also a beach about a 10-minute drive from the house. This is large, but it lacks water slides.
