There is a security system at the property that includes a unit in every room, pointing at the windows (entry points), with a motion sensor and a camera that takes a few pics when it detects movement (it never records video), but only when the security system is active. The guests are given the remote control for this security system at arrival, and its functioning is explained to them. This means that only the guests can activate or deactivate this system while they are staying at the property, so there is no violation of their privacy at any point.
