Conveniently located villa in the midst of a Natural Park. About 5 km to sand beaches of Sant Pol. It features a cosy garden, a private pool and children's area. Close to Barcelona.
Nice property surrounded by lushful woods, gardens and nature. You will be enjoying quiet and relax at its most, as all you will hear and see is nature. And yet, you will find yourself only 5 km (!!!) away from the fine-sand beaches of Sant Pol de Mar or just a little over 30 minutes away from the heart of Barcelona by car. It is difficult to believe, right? the truth is that you will be enjoying splendid days in El Maresme, one of the most popular areas in the Barcelona region. You will have a chance to get away from the bustle and hassle of the big city, to come to this relax haven, a place where heat will not bother you, a spot where you will only hear nature sounds.
And, if perhaps you are seeking some lively atmosphere, no worries. Calella is about 10 minutes away. In Calella there is splendid night life, with loads of discos, bars, pubs, etc. If Calella is not enough for you, Lloret lies about 30 minutes to the north.
You will enjoy fabulous beaches in the Sant Pol de Mar area, all kinds of them: nudist, children's, fishermen boat's beaches, etc. you name it. But, if you prefer your swimming pool, just stay home and relax to the sound of some music lying by the pool side.
3 km down the road is the Sant Cebrià Golf / Pitch and Putt club. 1 km further down is the La Riera club in Sant Pol de Mar, with tennis courts, a large swimming pool, etc.
If you are into horse riding, there are some clubs in the area, too.

The villa is about 120 m2 and the garden is over 1100 m2. The property has al the basic elements you should expect: a nice garden, children's swings and slides, WIFI, a large barbecue, etc. It has got one double bedroom and two twin ones. There are two bathrooms. Inside, the house has recently been renewed. It is, therefore, ideal for up to 6 people. If you are travelling with more children please let us know as we could try and accommodate all of you.
We can provide all children's accessories for free: a high chair, a cot, etc.
The house is fully equipped and ready to welcome you so, don't hesitate and contact us.
