Large studio apartment, 30 m2, 4 beds, with terrace, very quiet as it is set back from the road. Ground floor apartment, view on central garden, air conditioning, equipped and fully furnished kitchen, washing machine. Bathroom with wc and shower. Common swimming pool in the residence. New independent fitted kitchen (top fridge with freezer, oven, sink, microwave, four hotplates and extractor). Parking facilities with two large free and paid public car parks opposite the residence.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated for departure at 10:00 a.m.
Animals are not accepted, linens and towels are not provided but it can be rented if needed.
In case of cancellation there will always be a penalty of 50 Euro which will be kept by Investicasa Srl at the level of administrative costs.
