An old farm , independent house with 6 bedrooms, 200M2, swimming pool for the summer , heating and fireplace for the winter. In family or in group (heritage, excursions , way of Saint Jacques, family reunion, birthdays, weddings, between friends, baptisms, rallies, weekend in peace…).
Basic rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday . Our seasonal rental is open all year round, out of season rental for the weekend or a few days is possible, on the other hand in summer only weekly rental is possible.
The cottage is the last house in the hamlet of Lamothe, 4-5 houses, in the town of Salles Courbatiers, a few kilometers from Villeneuve d'Aveyron, between Figeac to the north and Villefranche de Rouergue to the south. To picture: when the asphalt road stops, you have arrived!
This lodging is classified in prefecture, 3 stars and is approved for the reception of 12 people (reference 2011-319-010 in the course of reclassification).
On the ground floor we find the living rooms & 1 bedroom (kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, entrance, 1 WC, 1 bedroom with its bathroom with WC).
The first floor is accessible by 2 stairs, which make all the bedrooms accessible independently: it includes 4 bedrooms (plus a small baby room) each equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed, and 2 bathrooms ( 1 with bathtub, the other with an Italian shower), and 2 toilets.
Then in the second 2 bedrooms under the roof , each comprising 2 beds 90 cm wide.
The house is on a plot of 600 m2 including a courtyard with terrace just in front of the kitchen, and a living garden with swings and swimming pool.
The round swimming pool of 6 meters in diameter and 1.20 m of depth is more for a playful use and for the refreshment of each one. It is surrounded by a wooden beach, facing south and therefore allows you to enjoy the sun all day.
The swimming pool is secure , outside in the garden, as close as possible by a fall detector, in accordance with the standards in force; It is also possible to block access to the swimming pool by closing the access to the garden (wooden gate with a small padlock if necessary).
On the other side of the dirt road, a few meters away, is a 1500 m2 plot including parking for 4 cars , a lawn for games, a large plot with some fruit trees and compost for household waste.
The promotion on the internet of the charming cottage LaMothe in Aveyron, is done via the main directories (Abritel, Amivac, ...), the classifieds sites (leboncoin), the linking sites (airbnb, housetrip), directly on google (natural referencing and Adwords campaign at certain periods), as well as with local partners such as tourist offices.
