The space
The apartment has a kitchen open to living-dining room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom, Wc and laundry area
Attention narrow garage: sedan car recommended as standard as parking space.
You have to cross the parking lot of the condominium access only in reverse !!!! To park easily.
There are few cleaning costs in order to be able to offer attractive prices to travelers so please respect the premises and return the apartment as you found it under penalty of paying a cleaning fee of 50 euros minimum depending on non-compliance cleaning lady and working hours ... and beware of the neighborhood people live all year round and work, think about their sleep. Unfortunately there have been since COVID-19 (too much too much abuse) under 25s can no longer book unless there are several positive comments on the site.
Possibility to put a tent in the garden if necessary

Travelers can get by bicycle from Annecy (rental) or by car with an outdoor municipal car park opposite Veyrier beach ... not far from the restaurant of the famous Yoann Comte Marc Veyrat the blue house.
Other things to note
The city center is 10 minutes walk for the bakery and shopping (cinema catering ...)
A Super U store a 5-minute walk away in front of the Meyrieux les Pensiéres foundation
Be careful, cross the common parking lot to get to the garage which is narrow so it is best to reverse
