A chalet on three levels, 3 bedrooms, a south-facing terrace and a garden
The chalet is located at the entrance to the village of Champagny en Vanoise, in a charming hamlet, "Les Rochers", entirely built in wood, stone and slate roofs, located about 1 km from the center / shops and slopes. Champagny is part of the La Plagne - Paradiski ski area, one of the largest ski areas in Europe. In winter, a free shuttle allows access to the gondola in a few minutes and you can avoid using your car. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the shuttle will also take you to the foot of the slopes, in Champagny le Haut. This chalet is reached by a footpath for approx. 50 m in a green environment. Facing FULL SOUTH, this is a large semi-detached chalet of approximately 100 m², offering an absolutely magnificent view over the valley of Champagny le Haut, the glaciers of Pralognan and the villages of Courchevel. The chalet is classified 3 stars furnished with tourism. Basement with entrance, storage, ski room, WC, laundry room with LL, dryer and large extra fridge. Main floor: shower room, separate WC, large L-shaped main room with American kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, induction cooker, LV, complete crockery; dining area and lounge area with TV 150 channels, DVD player, high speed internet, sofa convertible into double bed, armchairs and fireplace. Large terrace of 20 m2 equipped with wooden staircase giving access to a private garden. On the 1st level under the roof slope: 1 bedroom with double bed. West balcony overlooking Courchevel, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and sink, window or skylight.
Champagny has all the advantages of a ski resort: access to a large ski area, restaurants, cinema, indoor swimming pool, ski rental, etc ..., but has retained all the charm of an old mountain village, in particular Champagny le Haut which is worth a detour. In summer, hiking in the Vanoise National Park or the surrounding via ferrata is a must for mountain lovers.
