Welcoming and well-appointed modern three-bedroom apartment (sleeps 8 people) and the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the seafront just 100 meters away.
From the living room and all three bedrooms there is access to the magnificent southwest facing terrace where you will find dining table, barbecue and lounge furniture for the many days and cozy evenings. On a clear day you can see the mountains of Africa on the horizon.
On the terrace you have - as something special on this occasion - sun from breakfast to late evening in the summer, but the location also makes it extremely attractive in terms of light and sun even during high season.
The heart of the apartment is the delicious newly renovated kitchen in open connection with the dining room and living room, which have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the sparkling sea.
In the kitchen you have everything you need including a nice wine fridge and of course dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is even a small juicer for homemade orange juice. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, microwave, ironing board, etc.
The dining room and living room are tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style with beautiful Spanish input. You will find a lovely dining area that seats eight, and there is also a bar stool so it is possible to keep the chef company. In the living room there is a comfortable living area with sofa, armchairs and TV (with large TV package with many TV channels, including in Danish, Swedish and Norwegian).
The apartment has three lovely bedrooms - all with fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (180x200) which can easily be organized into four single beds if you wish, and the third bedroom has two modern bunk beds (90x200) so that a total of 8 people can sleep in the apartment. In addition, there are two good bathrooms - one with shower and the other with combined shower and bath - a safe hit for the kids.
The entire apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi and electricity is included in the rent.
There is a communal swimming pool in the property (newly renovated in 2019) if you fancy a relaxing dip. The pool is open from 1/5 to 1/12.
There is a private parking space for the apartment in the basement of the property, but if you do not want to rent a car, it is not a problem, because you have a short bus ride from the apartment and trains (to both the airport and Malaga) only 10 minutes walk from the apartment .
The apartment is on one level and is on the 3rd floor (with elevator). It is located on the quiet end of Fuengirola's boardwalk with many residents (not a party spot), but within short walking distance of the apartment you will find both restaurants, bars and of course shopping, so you get the best of both worlds.
