Very nice town house on 3 floors, only 400 meters from the beach in Carvajal.
The house is owned by the Danish artist, Steen Karlsen, which you can see from the many beautiful paintings around the house.
In the living room there is a dining area, sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Exit to the conservatory overlooking the Mediterranean, where you can sit and enjoy the Spanish evenings. On this floor there is also a toilet. There is television with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English channels. Also free wifi.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (2 single beds) has elevation beds and a TV, and opens onto a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a small balcony. Both bathrooms have showers.
On the 2nd floor you find the third bedroom with sofa bed and built-in wardrobes.
There is a roof terrace with dining area for 8 people, a couple of sun loungers and a large barbecue. From here there is a great view of the mountains and the Mediterranean.
There is aircon with cold and hot air throughout the house.
Large community pool area with children's pool, where you can sunbathe on the lawn, if you do not want to go to the beach.
An amazing property where you have everything right around the corner; beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Buses run 5 minutes walk from the residence, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest train station which takes you directly to either Fuengirola or to Malaga airport.
You do not need a car when you rent this property as you are close to everything, however, the area is hilly, so a car is recommended but a necessity.
