Here you will have a great holiday in this modern townhouse, where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view over Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea, take a dip in your private splash pool or walk down to the communal infinity pool.
The townhouse is of a very high standard, it has air conditioning, both hot and cold, and it has 4 floors with private elevator and roof terrace. The entire house is very tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style.
The ground floor, where you have the entrance, has a large living room with dining area and access to the terrace with private splash pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen, another dining area and access to another beautiful terrace. In addition, a toilet.
On the 1st floor you have the master bedroom with a double bed and a large on-suite bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with double bed and a bathroom on this floor. Both bedrooms with unique bay-view.
On the 2nd floor you have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. A few steps from this floor leads up to the roof terrace with lounge furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the sun the hole day or the sunset over looking the coast.
From the living room you have some steps down to the 4. bedroom, (with doublebed and sofabed) located in the property's lower floor with an en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace, where you can sit completely private.
The townhouse has its own elevator so it is easy to get from floor to floor.
All the bathrooms are made in beautiful beige marble.
Free wifi and there are almost all TV channels in all languages.

There is a lift from the communal area down to the coastal road, and from there you have a short distance to the beach Paseo Maritimo (seafront) which is the 7 km beach going from Fuengirola to Carvajal. Here you have shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, chiringuitos (restaurants) which specializes in freshly caught fish and seafood.
Here you will get a great holiday, where you are close to the beach (approx. 400 meters) and town, and yet in quiet and beautiful surroundings.
The house is close to the train and buses so it is easy to get to the airport and Malaga if you do not rent a car.

Linen and towels: € 10.00 per person per stay.One of the guests must be over 25 years old & parties not allowed.
