Newly built luxury apartment in Jardinana Azalea La Cala de Mijas.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard in Scandinavian style.
It consists of 3 bedrooms all with double beds. 2 bathrooms, one with both shower and bath.
The second with shower. There is also a separate toilet with a washer and dryer.
Fully equipped open kitchen with lovely living room. The doors in the living room are pushed to the side so that the living room and terrace are interconnected like a large room.
On the terrace there is a dining area, barbecue, large “chill-out-beds” and private smaller pool where you can lie undisturbed and enjoy the sun. The second terrace is located on the other side of the apartment, out from the 2 bedrooms, a total of 73 m2.
There is aircon hot and cold air in every room.
Free Wifi and almost all TV channels in the different languages.
The common area which is south / west facing has 2 fantastic swimming pools + children's pool and there are free sunbeds so here you can really enjoy the luxury. The pool area has quiet hours between 14 – 17 to swim, relax and enjoy the tranquility.
In the winter half year, one swimming pool is heated between 11am - 5pm.
The apartment is on the ground floor so there are no stairs.
This is a 100% non smoking home. No smoking inside or outside on the terrace.
This is the perfect apartment for guests who want luxury in tranquil surroundings, yet close to shops, golf and lovely beach.
La Cala De Mijas is an incredibly popular town with lots of delicious restaurants and wine bars.
Here you do not need a car but if you rent a car there are plenty of parking options.

House Rules
Linen and towels : € 10.00 per person per stay. One of the guests must be over 25 years old & parties not allowed. Electricity is not included in the price but will be settled after the meter, that is why there is a 500€ cash deposit upon arrival where the electricity will be deducted upon departure and the rest given back to you. ( Normal use is approx 45€ pr week). Longer stays considered (1 - 6 months).Cleaning Fees
