Our charming holiday flat Harmonia for up to 6 persons with a living area of 103 m² is located directly at the sea and has a wonderful sea view. The flat is elegantly furnished with great attention to detail. It has a small south-east facing terrace with great views of the sea, the harbour and the beach of Playa de San Juan. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a separate kitchen. HIghspeed Internet free of charge, bedlinen, hand-/shower-/beachtowels, babycot/highchair included as well. Harmonia is situated in the 2nd floor, without elevator, but an electric crank lift can be used to transport suitcases and larger water bottles.
The spacious beach is located next to the fishing harbour and the pier and is therefore protected from wind and waves. The black sand gives off plenty of warmth even in winter and is popular with tourists and locals all year round. Parasols and beach chairs are available for rent, as well as showers/WC facilities and free parking. On the beach promenade you will find some very good restaurants and cafes as well as a diving school under German management. All you need can be reached without a few minutes, supermarket, butcher, farmacy, bakery...
Our private holiday apartments are situated in Alcalá and Playa de San Juan on the sunny side of the island on the climatic preferential southwest coast. There are the most sunny hours of the island and the temperatures are mostly above 20 celsius during the winter days. Alcalá and Playa San Juan are small charming fishermen villages and still untouched from mass tourism. The location of the holiday apartments directly seafront is exeptionally beautiful, the terraces are facing south with spectacular sea views.
Non-smoking domicile
Terms of payment: Deposit of 50% aconto at booking, remaining rent up to 4 weeks before arrival, otherwise forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellation conditions: (Up to 1 month before arrival 25% of the full rental price, thereafter 75%). SPECIAL CORONA CANCELLATION TERMS: If the holiday cannot be taken due to Corona, all rental fees already paid will be refunded.
Deposit: EUR 300 HARMONIA, handed over on arrival, refunded on departure if the holiday apartment has no damage
Minimum rental period: From October to April 7 nights, otherwise 4 nights. For bookings of 4-7 nights the daily rate increases by 10%. Please enquire for individual free days in the booking calendar.
Maximum rental period: 5 weeks (in high season – winter)
Final cleaning obligatory: € 110,-
