Small gite fitted out in a beautiful house with character (from the 19th century), also including a large gite for 12 people and the owners' accommodation. Hiking trails, Côtes Rôties vineyards with tasting cellars and Roches de Condrieu nautical base nearby. Covered shelter giving access to the entrance of the gîte. Large day room with character (access by 3 steps, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with sofa convertible into a double bed, small balcony with lovely view of the Pilat). 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed of 160 X 200 cm or 2 beds 80 x 200cm according to need).
