The Villa is Self-Contained with its own Pool and Stands in its own Grounds on a 600 meter plot, at the end of a rural lane.
The villa was built in traditional Algarve style in 1978; it has been extensively modernised whilst retaining its original character. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom; the main living area has air-conditioning, a wood burning stove, television and a dining area.
It is fully equipped for infants and young children.
All rooms have new terracotta tiling to the floors. There is one step down from the hallway into the living area, with the bedrooms and shower/toilet leading off the hallway. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows with inbuilt insect netting. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms. The main living room has double glazed sliding doors to the front and side. The high ceiling means that the area remains cool in summer. There are a large variety of games, jigsaws and books for the use of guests.
Outside:
Outside there is a parking area to the side of the property. There are flower beds at both ends of the pool area. The unheated pool is surrounded by a paved patio where there is an outside shower, sun beds and umbrellas, and a small table for informal meals. There is a large shaded area overlooking the pool perfect for a relaxing rest in the afternoon sunshine; a fixed barbecue and table for 8 people complete this area.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service is provided 5 times per week, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week. Beach towels are available.
